Thanks Jose-Marie Tassignon.
Actually I try to centre the CC on the 1st Purkinje image rather than the limbus.
I am thinking that this may represent the closest approximation to the center of the eye’s optical system. Obviously this may be at variance with the centre of the capsular bag.
